CAMPING DE L'ARGENTIERE

In a quiet wooden hill outside COGOLIN'S centertown, at 5 kms from the sea, the Camping l'Argentière offers many possibilities for funny holidays.

A few withdrawn of COGOLIN'S village -known for its handycraft (pipes, carpets, sheers...), antique dealers and nice marina- the camping will welcome you in a quiet, shady wood of oaks and umbrella pines, for a peacefull stay in one of the hundred different mobiles or bungalows.

Additionnal services : restaurant, snack bar, supermarket, laundry, free wifi...

Aqua aerobics in one of the pools equiped with water slides, football, basketball, tennis or table tennis, bowls (pétanque) can be practised whenever you like. Also possible to rent mountainbikes. Kids and teenagers can take part at games inside the camping with a sporting organizer.

Of course, don't forget to spend some funny evenings by dancing and listening music groups on live.

Nearby the reception office, you'll find several shops and services, open as follows during HIGH SEASON :

Grocery : 8h - 12h / 17h - 19h30

BAR / RESTAURANT / SNACK / TAKE AWAY FOOD : meal time

For your tranquility, no traffic inside the camp possible after midnight. The cars have to stay on the secured parking nearby the entrance of the campsite.

THE CAMPSITE

The environment is at the heart of everyone's concerns. Management and the team of Camping de l'Argentière are engaged in an environmental approach to:
- To reduce our impact on nature;
- To preserve natural resources;
- To limit pollution.
To structure and credibility to our approach, we relied on the reference of Green Key. With this label, our institution actively involved:
- To save energy and water
- To reduce waste,
- To improve the local environment.
To date, many actions have been implemented:
- Use of Class A light bulb to reduce electricity consumption;
- Use of eco-labeled products to reduce the pollution load of wastewater discharged;
- Supply of electricity from renewable sources by 50%;
- Use of recyclable waste accompanied by a policy of screening;
- Installation of water-saving equipment consuming less than 30% for equivalent comfort.

This concerns all those involved in the life of the institution: the management, staff, suppliers and customers. At their respective levels can contribute to improving the environment.

RENTALS

All our rentals are equipped as following :

Kitchen area, sink, cupboard, refrigerator, cooking field, crockery and kitchen ustensils.

SHOPS

Open 7 days / 7 in July and August, free service allows you to find local bread, fresh produce, newspapers...

Regularly, the restaurant offers friendly dishes such as paella, tajine, mussels and french fries ...but you can also have the chef's menu.
Or you opt for takeaway (pizza, chips, or desserts entries ...)
If it happens to get hungry in the afternoon, the staff of La Paillote will prepare you paninis, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs ...you'll taste sitting in a shady place.
The bar is open from breakfast to dinner, either to sip a cocktail, share a drink with friends or enjoy a cup of icecream.
