Location

• Where is the campsite located ?

The campsite is located in Cogolin, 1.5 km from the city center. The 93 D48 is at the end of the Saint Maur craft zone, after the 3rd roundabout of the departmental road 48 when you arrive from the roundabout Saint Maur, towards Collobrières.

• Where are the nearest beaches ?

The nearest beaches are situated 5 km from the campsite in the towns of Marines de Cogolin and Port Grimaud

• Is there a supermarket easily accessible from the campsite?

Yes, the campsite is located 2 km from E.Leclerc supermarket convenient for its large parking and 1 km from Intermarché convenient for its direct proximity.

Arrival / Departure

• Should we announce our late arrival?

Yes, in case of late arrival, which means after closing of the reception, please kindly inform us by calling +33 4 94 54 63 63

• What to do in case of late arrival?

Please inform us about your late arrival ; a home agent will welcome you after the opening time of office. 

• At what time it is possible to get the keys (Mobile home)?

The handing-over of the keys starts at 04pm for the mobile home rental.

 

• Do we need to give a deposit for the mobile home rental?

Yes, we ask a deposit of 300€ which is non charged. This deposit can be done by cash or bank credit or debit card. It will be returned to you with your departure after a satisfied inspection of the rental except if you leave outside office opening hours (see below). 

• At what time do we have to leave the mobile home?

Departures and inspections are between 08:30am and 10:30am. 

 

If you want to leave outside office opening hours, the inspection will be done without your presence and the deposit will be partially charged for cleaning. 

• At what time do we have to vacate the pitch on the campsite?

The camping pitches must be vacated between 8.30am and 11pm.

• Do we have to do the cleaning?

The cleaning is not included in the rental. However, if you do not want to clean your rental at the end of your stay, we will charge an extra. 

• For our stay, which possibilities for means of payment are there?

The full price of your stay needs to be paid before the arrival by credit card or bank transfer. If you want to pay by cash, please inform us to proceed the payment at the arrival. 

• Can we add an extra person?

The maximum capacity of each pitch and rental is specified in each description. It includes adults, children and babies. You will not be able to add any additional person (adult, child or baby) if the maximum capacity is reached.

• How to cancel your reservation?

• I arrive one or more day (s) later, do I have to pay for the overnight stay (s)?

The reserved and non-staying nights will be charged as well as the nights stayed as part of the initial booking.

Equipement

• Are sheets and towels included in the rentals?

Bed and bath linen are not included in Comfort Range only (provided in Prestige and Luxe ranges).  

• What kind of electrical outlet do we need for the camping pitch?

The majority of our camping pitches are equipped with a power adapter with a European standard plug. You must therefore have a European power outlet to connect to our terminals.

• Can we bring a barbecue?

We have collective charcoal barbecues on two points of the campsite. Electric barbecues over 2000W and individual charcoal are prohibited.

Aquatic Area

• What is the opening period of the aquatic area?

15 April to 30 September

• What are the opening hours of the aquatic area?

The aquatic area is open from 10am to 07pm  

• What are the opening hours of the solarium?

The solarium is only opened for activities and entertainment on July and August. 

• When do the waterslides and whirlpool work?

The slides are opened every afternoons. The Whirlpool operate on several time slots during the day, alternating over a period of 30 minutes each.

• Is the water area monitored?

The aquatic area is monitored by BNSSA team (national rescue diploma) during from may to september. 

• Is the swimming pool heated?

No pools are heated. 

• What kind of suits must we wear ?

Long shorts are forbidden for men, women and children. You must wear swimming trunk (lycra) like pants or boxers. 

Functioning, rules and technical questions

• Can you park your car on its pitch / next to your rental?

You can park your vehicle on your pitch / next to your rental. Only one vehicle is allowed per place. Any other vehicle (car, scooter, motorcycle, trailer, boat etc.) will be counted and charged as additional and will be parked on the private parking at the entrance of the campsite.

• Can we invite visitors?

You can invite visitors, who will have to pay an entrance fee at the property. Their vehicles have to park outside the campsite. Obligation to report to the reception before entering the enclosure.

• Do visitors have access to the aquatic area?

The visitors do not have access to the aquatic area. Therefore, a control is carried out at the entrance of this one.

• Do you accept pets?

We accept small animals and / or less than 15 kilos. The dogs of category I and II are prohibited within the establishment. We kindly ask you to present your animal's health booklet at the time of booking. By civility to other guests and to ensure a clean and welcoming environment, we ask you to keep your pet clean.

• How many times a day are the toilets cleaned?

Toilets, showers etc. are cleaned as often as necessary, even after each using of guests with specific disinfectant products with norm EN 14 476. 

• Are there sanitary facilities suitable for babies?

Yes sanitary N ° 2 is equipped with private bathrooms for babies with bathtub, washbasin and a toilet for children. These two bathrooms are exclusively for families with small children and access is controlled.

• Are there sanitary facilities adapted to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, each sanitary has a private cabin with shower, toilet and sink, accessible to people with a reduced mobility.

• From what age can my child go to the Kid Club?

Our Kid Club welcomes your children from 6 years up to 12 years old. An information sheet must be completed by the parents or legal guardian of the child during his first visit to the Kid Club.

• At what time do the nocturnal activities end?

As we are a family campsite, the nocturnal animations like the concerts and the effective shows in July & August come to an end at 11:15pm for the well-being of our guests in search of rest. In addition, we are subject to articles R1334-32 to R 1334-35 and R 1337-6 of the Code of Public Health, aimed at respecting noise pollution towards the neighbourhood.
